So a good friend set this site up for me. Apparently it should be really easy to maintain and manage at this point. However, I already made a mistake. Hi Elise, just posting to say that I use Rhodiola on a daily basis and think it’s an excellent herbal solution for stress and depression. I take 2 capsules regularly, and also take a capsule acutely whenever I feel stressed or down. It helps me a lot, however, I do know for some people, Rhodiola has little or no effect. I don’t know why this is but I’m glad it works for me.
